With 100 Clubhouses in 19 different countries around the world, The Clubhouse Network believes deeply in the importance of professional development for staff, and therefore organizes an Annual Conference for the Clubhouse Community to come together, build skills, share ideas, reflect on experiences, and plan for the future. Over 150 Clubhouse staff, Directors, and partners from academia, research, government, and the corporate sector typically attend.
The 2018 Annual Conference will be held April 10-12 at the Sheraton Gunter Hotel San Antonio, with The Best Buy Teen Tech Center @ Family Service Association serving as local host.
The goals of each Annual Conference are:
- Build skills and keep up with new technology.
- Share experiences with others around the Network, in particular with others in similar stages of development.
- Learn about new program opportunities and explore ways to deepen Clubhouse experience for youth.
- Build camaraderie and community across the global Clubhouse Network.
Attendance to this conference is by invitation only.
