Technology Manager, Gerald and Darlene Jordan Club/Kraft Family Youth Center, Chelsea, MA
Major responsibilities include oversight of all aspects of the Boys and Girls Club of Boston Technology Program (planning, implementation and ongoing evaluation of quality and developmentally appropriate programming within the Club’s technology program area for youth ages 6-18, including in the Computer Clubhouse). Maintaining all member computers in all program areas throughout the Club ensuring computers are operational and able to be used by members. Additional responsibilities include the supervision of program staff, department budget, program support to other Club program areas, and the training of BGCB staff and other stakeholders as appropriate.

Computer Clubhouse Network Internship
The intern will support preparation, implementation, and follow-up related to the Computer Clubhouse's fifth biennial Teen Summit, a gathering of over 300 youth leaders and chaperones from around the world in Boston, to be held July 27 - August 1, 2010. There are a myriad of activities associated with planning for and executing the Teen Summit, as well as documenting the events afterward; the intern will have an important role to play in supporting the entire experience.

Computer Clubhouse Mentor Internship
The Clubhouse is an after-school learning environment where young people explore their own interests and become confident learners thorough the use of technology. Mentors are a key part of the Clubhouse community, supporting the learning and exploration of clubhouse members. Mentors provide assistance, support and encouragement to Clubhouse Members.
