Southeast Family YMCA: Computer Coordinator in Colorado Springs, CO

Program Manager in Boston, MA

Manage the Computer Clubhouse so that it serves as a creative, educational, enjoyable, dynamic, and smoothly run learning environment for Clubhouse participants. Train and supervise mentors in how to use technology as a tool for learning and self-expression, and support youth in developing self-directed computer-related projects based on their own ideas and interests. Ensure the "flagship" Computer Clubhouse at the Museum of Science sets the standard as a model for the Intel Computer Clubhouse Network. Assist with dissemination efforts by providing technical, programmatic, and other advice to Clubhouse Coordinators, thereby supporting the establishment and ongoing operations of community-based Clubhouses around the world. Represent the Computer Clubhouse to outside communities, contacts, and special interest groups as well as for internal Museum educational programming and events.
