Welcome to Jen's Homepage

Hey! Thanks for checking out my homepage! Welcome to my world!.

Hi there! I'm a Girls' Day (Monday) Mentor at the Computer Clubhouse at the Computer Museum. Before I came to Boston, I was a student at Amherst College in Amherst , MA. During my four years there, I acquired a great education and a wonderful boyfriend, Michael Kolodner.

Currently, I am a Master's student in the Technology in Education concentration at Harvard Graduate School of Education. Basically, Educational Technology is a nice combination of Education Theory, Educational Psychology, and Technological Toys to be used in (just a few examples):

And Away We Go! This summer, Michael and I travelled throughout Costa Rica for a month. Whitefaced Capuchin Monkey in Curu For the first two weeks, we tracked troops of white-faced capuchin monkeys and observed their use of medicinal plants on a UREP program. Over the next two weeks, we saw out 2 active volcanos, swam in volcanic hot springs, watched 350 lb. green turtles laying 100+ eggs on a moonless carribean beach, hiked in rain forest, cloud forest, and dwarf cloud forest, and did so much more!

Curu Wildlife Reserve

In addition to Costa Rica Waterfall in Fortuna, CR other places we've travelled to include: Jerusalem Jerusalem,

Petra Jordan Jordan
Egypt and Egypt.

If you're interested in travel or in educational technology, send me some mail!
