Hello,
I'm Lilian Schwerdtner and I would like to tell you about my track in
the Teen Summit: Journalism. I like it very much and hope you will too
when you're finished reading this.
We are seven
young people from around the world. Florah is from South Africa, John
Paul from the Phillipines, John and Camille are from California, Diana
from Columbia, Samuel from Mexico and finally me from Germany. Plus, some
chaperones who want to help us if we have some problems with the Computers
or with writing the articles. They helped us a lot and I'm really happy
that they were there when I needed them.
We cooperated with the people from the Webdesign-group to share ideas
and pictures.
We wrote
about the events of the Teen Summit, the tracks and other themes that
we thought are interesting enough to write about. For example, Camille
wrote about the Street fair that happened on Wednesday. John wrote about
the "Culture Shock" here in the Teen Summit and how people managed
it to arrange themselves with the American culture. Florah wrote about
the track Architecture and what they were doing.
We went to the different tracks who were quite all in the great Computer
Clubhouse in Boston, in the Museum of Sience. We interviewed people, made
photos and searched for material.
After that we sat down and wrote our articles. And here it is! I hope
you liked it and know now a little bit better about our work as journalists. |
