Getting
started
Write down and/or
sketch what you think the insides of some of the devices contain.
Go to it - disassemble
the pieces as carefully as possible to preserve the parts for later projects.
Write down what
surprises you about the parts - color, arrangement, size, etc.
See if you
can get any of the parts such as lights and bells to work when taken out of
the whole device, and figure out what the various parts do when the device
is working.
